Yes. You may use the SDK to develop and release commercial applications, solutions, and products, provided they are designed to work only with Solos Smartglasses.

You can continue using the SDK version you already received, but you won’t get updates or support. If you’d like to continue receiving email support and access to updates (including compatibility with future Solos Smartglasses), you can extend your support contract for 50% of the SDK licensing cost per year.

No. The SDK license is perpetual for the version you received. You can continue to use it and any applications you developed with it, even if you don’t renew support.

Not for your own demos or public showcases — but you must always state that your product is “powered by Solos SDK and designed for use with Solos Smartglasses.” For any co-marketing showcases or joint promotional activities, you’ll need prior written approval from Solos.

Yes. You cannot use the SDK with non-Solos hardware, reverse engineer the SDK, distribute it directly to third parties, use it for unauthorized data collection, or publish test results without Solos’ written consent.
