Really cool and love the use

Really love the concept of the glasses. They are easy to wear and look cool, not to mention the sound quality is great. Makes it so nice not having to wear ear buds. The one thing keeping them from a 5 star review is the fatness of the arms.

Wary good design

Stylish with some really cool features

These glasses are first of all very stylish. They have a light tint which is good for indoor and outdoor wear. After I charged these completely the glasses were easy to pair via Bluetooth and the sound from my music was good but where these glasses really shine is for phone calls, podcasts and audiobooks. The vocal quality is super crisp. Also when I made calls out I was told the clarity of my voice had increased as well. These also have the ability to track steps and help with posture and other cool features. The only drawback is that these glasses are not meant for any type of private or discreet auditory activity. At almost any volume level someone next to you can clearly hear whatever you are listening to. Definitely great quality and easy to use.

Impressive

These smart sunglasses are a fun and functional accessory. The sound is great and these have background noise cancellation. They are lightweight and comfortable, as well. The lenses are fantastic and do a great job of protecting my eyes. The frames are well-made and very sturdy. They fit my face perfectly, which is usually an issue for me. I never like the way sunglasses look on me, but I really like these. The included instructions are easy to follow and include pictures as well. I do want to point out that it does say in the instructions that it contains magnetic material which may interfere with medical devices. Overall, these are a nice pair of sunglasses that are also functional for every day life.

Fantastic for audio on the go

This isn't my first pair of SOLOS smart glasses. I wear a pair of them at work all day with the blue light blocking lenses and quietly listen to music without bothering anyone. Not only is my eye strain gone, but I don't have to ask anyone to repeat themselves when they come to me with questions. My plan was originally to just purchase the front frame with sunglasses lenses in them and just change out the sides as needed after work, but came to realize it would just be another hassle to add to the day.

So, I just got another pair and the leave the other ones at work to charge as needed and use these after work driving home and for my evening walks. They are comfortable where they need to be, easy to use and the charge lasts quite a long time. I'm my case the sunglasses last about 6 days then they need a charge. Keep in mind I walk for an hour a day and sometimes an hour and half. The ones at work last a full day of work (8 hours) and then need to be charged. They are comfortable and can easily be worn even if the battery has been depleted for the day.

Keep in mind these are similar to bone conduction in which nothing really enters the ear and instead speakers are placed really close to the ear also allowing ambient sounds in as needed. In my case for safety I need to be aware of my surrounding and be able to hear everything.

Super cool glasses and innovative

I had another brand of smart glasses, but unfortunately, they broke. I wanted another pair and saw these Solos Argon 3-2 Smart Sunglasses and ordered them. I've had these for about 2 to 3 months because I really wanted to test them out before reviewing them. I may end up doing a video review as well. After my 2-3 months of using these, here are some pros and cons.

Pros:
1. These solos are super stylish, and as soon as you pull them out of the box, you can tell that they are definitely quality made
2. Outside of them being stylish I have to start off by saying I was blown away that you can connect these to two different devices at the same time.
3. I've tried other smart glasses, and surprisingly, the sound when playing music was nice and much better than what I was expecting.
4. I'm not that familiar with whisper technology, but the microphone works really well. In quiet places, the calls were super crisp and clear, and I had zero issues.
5. The site says it has up to 11 hours of music playback time. Now I can't personally say that I listen to these for 11 straight hours to verify this, but I can tell you that I listened to these for a couple of hours a day for 2 to 3 days straight before I had to recharge them.
6. One thing that I thought was super cool is that you can change the frames out. Now you can do that with a lot of different smart glasses brands, but according to the Solos site, you can change out up to 60 different styles. I got the Havana because I wanted brown frames.
7. The site says it has up to 11 hours of music playback time. Now I can't personally say that I listen to these for 11 straight hours to verify this, but I can tell you that I listened to these for a couple of hours a day for 2 to 3 days straight before I had to recharge them.
8. The app is super cool, and it offers a lot of settings and features that allow you to do a lot. Connecting to the app and setting up the glasses is seamless.
9. I really like the touch technology. It's a simple tap to answer phones, change the volume, etc. You don't have to pull out your phone to make adjustments because you can do everything from the glasses

Cons:
1. The Havana frames that I received are a bit small and look as if they are made more for a female. I was asked a couple of times if I was wearing my wife's glasses. Lol
2. These are good for casual use like walking, hanging out by the pool, playing golf, and things like that, but from my personal experience, these are not good for running or excessive outdoor activities like mountain biking. I say this because as you sweat and bounce around, the glasses start sliding. It's not the fault of the glasses, but more of the oils and sweat from your face.
3. While these sound really good for phone calls in a quiet room, in a crowded area or in a place where there may be a loud TV or music, you definitely don't want to use these for your phone calls or music.

Sound not bad

I have tried another brand of smart glasses. I think Solos one is much better than the one I bought in Amazon before. However I think if the price can be lower a bit, would be perfect!

Extremely happy

The Solos sunglasses with speakers is a super combo. I used it for listening to music while taking my daily walk or playing golf. The sound quality is amazing and the lens are high quality. Easy to use with touch controls. Very stylish and comfortable to wear. Love it!

The future of AirPods is here! Apple was supposed to make these. Great style and sound!

I bought these glasses because Apple's AirPods were falling out of my ears and I would constantly lose one of them when hiking or running, a total waste of money IMHO. Another issue with Apple buds is that to control sound volume I need to use my phone or watch, which is a distraction. Solos, on the contrary, works like a charm. It is super easy to adjust the volume level when listening to music, answering a call and talking while walking and hiking. I don't need to pull out my phone, everything is controlled with gestures on the right ear arm. Great!

First impressions. The glasses come disassembled in 3 pieces - the frame and two ear arms. All the electronics are hosted in the earpieces and the frame is interchangeable, which is awesome because it allows you to have several different styles by swapping the frame without the need to buy the most expensive part of the glasses - earpieces. Heck, you can even have prescription glasses frame on it! Putting glasses together was quick and easy - just "click-in" the earpieces into the frame and you are good to go, 5 sec. Then you need to turn on the glasses (the button is at the bottom side of the right ear arm) and connect them to your phone via Bluetooth just like a set of wireless headphones. Just install "Solos AirGo'' app on your phone and it will walk you through all necessary steps to get it up and running. A few minutes later you are ready to use your new awesome smart glasses!

Operations. The sound is crisp and clear, it's loud but not overwhelming. It uses a half-open double speaker design instead of bone conductivity technology for sound transfer. This design does not lead to high vibration at a low frequency or a poor high-frequency response, and, therefore, does not cause low sound quality or distortions. I really like that the glasses automatically detect when you put them on or off and adjust sound volume accordingly so you can hear voice prompts even when you have your glasses off. When you take them off and don't use them for several minutes (can be set up in the app) they'll go to sleep to preserve battery life automatically. Great but I'm missing a feature that would disconnect the glasses from my phone as soon as take them off and connect back when I put them on for a smooth sound transition, hope the manufacturer will add it in future updates as the glasses already have a proximity sensor in their ear arms and know when they are on or off your head.

Now about the microphone. As expected, it also works great, much better than my Apple AirPods' one. It uses so-called "Whisper" noise cancellation tech developed by Solo. From what I've read and understood, it's aimed to cancel all types of surrounding noise and at the same time boost only the narrow bandwidth of speech signal from the person wearing the glasses. Solos claims that the surrounding noise can be reduced by a whopping 45 dB, and I tend to believe this claim after testing calls with it.

Other thoughts. The glasses' battery life is a whopping 11 hours of continuous listening to music and 8 hours making phone calls. And on standby they will last for 3 days. The device comes with a beautiful case and cleaning fabric. A special charging cable is included, you can't use any random USB cable. The glasses are very well made as expected for such an expensive technology/fashion piece, the style is classic and very cool. They fit well and are very comfortable, weighing only 30 grams! End-to-end, I really like them, and I love that you can always swap the frame if you break it so I don't need to be worried too much. The only thing that I'm a bit concerned about is privacy because their speakers are semi-open and located in the ear arms outside of your ear, which means that everything that you play loudly can be overheard by a bystander. Just be aware of this side effect. But I consider it a minor issue as I primarily use them for music, and I don't make any super-secret calls :).

A few words about the Solos AirGo app. It allows you to control almost everything about these glasses, calibrate them and update firmware. It also includes a number of "AI coach" and "AI are" features aimed at improving your daily quality of life by providing you with AI-powered fitness and daily routine guidance. I personally did not use any of these features as I need them for audio playback and calls mostly and we already have way too much AI assistance in our devices, but there are some very interesting ones like, posture monitoring, posture exercises, reminders to drink water, etc., that I might just give a try soon. I'll be updating my review as I'll continue to use the glasses and gain more experience with them.

*** Bottom line ***
Yes, I totally recommend them, these are my first smart glasses and I'm very impressed by their sound quality and overall usability. They are easy to set up and use, very comfortable to wear and very intuitive to operate. They are packed with tons of features and pr...

Blows Competing Brands out of the Water

I've tried several types of audio shades out in the past. All were decent, at best. The biggest issues I had with other brands were usually 1. Sound quality is as bad as an old-fashioned clock radio, and 2. It's hard for people on the other end of a call to make out what you're saying. Thankfully, Solos took these shades to the next level of quality. Improved sound, when you're listening to music. And they used a new technology which allows the shades to filter out all the background sound (birds, traffic, etc) and just focus on your actual voice. So they can hear you clean and crisp. Also doesn't hurt that the shades are much more stylish than the typical MP3 sunglasses you'll come across.

Price tag is inarguably steep, compared to some brands. But you get what you pay for. And once you use these, you'll understand why the price tag is what it is.

Amazing UV coverage

Being in the film industry in LA, I needed blue light glasses that could protect me from both the sun and the screen–these are the ones for the job! The UV protection on these lenses is unmatched–they are unique because your eye is still visible from the other side, but there is enough tint to block out the LA sun even on the sunniest days. I find this to be a really useful and original feature in sunglasses because you can use them on-site in a work setting and still be able to make steady eye contact with others. It is super useful if you work outdoors. They offer a sporty look that is also equally professional, and the variety of colors lends itself to an array of styles.

Additionally, they come with built-in speakers that work surprisingly well. Oftentimes, sunglasses that double as headphones lack the sound quality necessary for that feature to be desirable, but these sound great and even distort outside noise. Additionally, it doesn’t hurt my ears to wear these all day, unlike some earphones. I do wish that these had a lanyard to wear around my neck as they are advertised as being made for sports and outdoor activities. Though they are tight enough around my head, the additional lanyard would allow them to stay on without a worry.

If you are looking for lenses that you can wear as a fashion statement as well as a practical means for listening to music or podcasts, these are the ones for you. They connect easily using Bluetooth, they look nice and have a variety of compatible colors, and are comfortable to wear all day. You will not miss out on these glasses!

Speakers are blown already

When playing music the speakers have gotten blown somehow and all the audio coming out is just horrible they make good sunglasses but the music locks Bass and the sunglasses are not electric which I did not like for the price you pay you would assume there would be LCD lenses that adjust to the brightness like my other pair of headphones due to these issues I give two stars

OK

These are OK for audio sunglasses, but probably a bit overpriced. On the positive side they are lightweight and attractive. They look like normal sunglasses. Bluetooth connects well, and the microphone quality is very good.

On the negative side, sound quality is just OK. Sound lacks depth and bass. Pretty typical for glasses of this sort.

great design

Good to block the strong UV light

My first smart glasses

I think like smart glasses as it fits for my head and the functions are great. I love listeninng to music while working in office. However, the price is a bit high.

Amazing glasses

I have had these for about 2 weeks now and they are amazing!! The quality is too notch can hear well and ease of use was great very comfortable also.

Quality, great sound, design aesthetics sleek!

Competitive Edge Smart Technology! The battery life longevity is awesome, and the interchangeable temple capabilities is dope. The style is very sleek and fashionable. The weight is good and the lens clarity is excellent!! Definitely will talk up the technology!

These are Awesome!

I use these for cutting grass and they work great! Sunglasses are good coverage and sounds loud and clear. My son wanted to borrow them.. I may not get them back now lol. Highly recommend.

Very good

I find myself torn over these glasses. I already have a pair of Solos Neon 1-2 sunglasses with mirror red lenses, as well as multiple pairs of Bose and Soundcore audio sunglasses, all of which are very good but -crucially - cheaper than the Solos AirGo2.

Now don't get me wrong, these are excellent glasses. The sound quality is on par with my Bose Sopranos, and I love the fact that they're blue light glasses that I can wear all day. The rest of my audio glasses are sunglasses, which mostly limits them to outdoor use.

My only real issue is that my Solos Neon 1-2 sunglasses retail at $199 while these retail at $299, and I really can't see any difference in performance. They both have 11 hours of battery life. They can both hook up to the app to take advantage of the extra features, and as far as my ears can tell the sound quality is more or less identical. While I'd happily recommend these glasses for what they are and what they can do, I'm not sure I could justify spending 33% more than the Neon 1-2 version without any obvious performance improvements to explain the price difference.

Might be useful for some people.

These glasses have many features that can simplify the way you use technology. The glasses are easy to connect to your phone and the app is easy to install. I like how the lenses also include a blue light filter. The lenses of the glasses are quite large and might not look the best on everyone. The Speaker quality isn't the best either, I would rather use headphones or speakers in most situations if I was listening to music. Overall these glasses are good if you want to be able to answer phone calls and do some of the other functions of your smartphone from your glasses.

Great for work!

I have a home office, which can get very noisy when my kids are home from school. solos solved that issue with some of the best noise cancellation technology I have used. When I use my audio glasses for work calls, no one can tell my kids are home. I love them!

Nice smartglasses

Generally speaking the smartglasses is good at the quality sound for music and phone call. However, the size is not fit for me. I think my head is too big for it! :-D
