Solos Smartglasses Return and Refund Policy

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies exclusively to products that have been directly purchased from our solos Online Store (https://solosglasses.com/). To initiate a return, the procedure must be initiated within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. For products purchased from other retailers, we can provide assistance with warranty support.

To be eligible for a refund of your product purchase, please contact our Customer Services team at cs@solosglasses.com. Kindly provide them with your Order Number and the Serial Number of the product.

After your refund request is approved, we will proceed to upload the return label to Shopify. Kindly pay attention to your Shopify notifications. Please ensure that you ship the return item(s) within 14 days of receiving the return label.

At Solos, we strive to make the refund process as simple as possible for our valued customers. We offer two refund scenarios, depending on your purchase:(Since all our lenses are custom made to fit your specific frame and prescription requirements, the full cost of the lenses will be refunded to you as a store credit.)

If you purchased Solos glasses at the listed price of USD249.0 and custom lenses for USD39.9. In this case, we will gladly refund the full amount you paid for the Solos glasses to your credit card. However, because all our lenses are meticulously crafted to meet your specific requirements, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. The store credit is valid for six months from the date of issuance for your next purchase.

If you've purchased Solos glasses at the listed price of USD249.0 and have received discounted prescription lenses at no additional cost (with an actual listed price of USD39.9), your total payment amounted to only USD249.0. In this particular situation, if you opt for a refund, we will reimburse you with the price of the Solos glasses, deducting the listed price of the prescription lenses, in cash (USD249.0 – USD39.9), which equals USD209.1. It's important to note that since we can exclusively provide refunds for the lenses in the form of a Store Cash Coupon, you will receive a Store Cash Coupon with a cash value of USD59.9 for your subsequent purchase. Solos is steadfast in providing this user-friendly refund alternative, even for custom lenses.

Additional terms and conditions

  • Our policy states that all purchases made directly from solosglasses.com are eligible for a 14 days free return period starting from the day you receive the smart glasses.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges if its after the 14 days period.
  • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
  • If you wish to cancel your order and the parcel has already been shipped, you will need to receive the parcel and ship it back to Solos.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product is received in its original packaging and condition at the solos warehouse.
  • In regular situations, we will provide a return label via Shopify. Once you receive the return label, please make sure to ship the item you wish to return within 14 days. However, in other circumstances, we strongly recommend selecting a traceable shipping method. Please note that solos is not responsible for any items lost during transit to our facility.
  • You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 60 days of Solos’ receipt of the returned product.
  • solos reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
