Ordering & address requirements
- Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart and confirmed at checkout before payment. Final shipping cost (including any Area 2 or remote-location fees) will be shown during checkout.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, or temporary addresses. Please provide a valid mobile phone number for carrier delivery notifications.
- We package and ship your order once payment is authorized and address verification is complete.
Processing times
- Standard orders are normally delivered within 7–10 business days after payment authorization and address verification. Seasonal peaks may extend processing times.
- Customized lenses (Including Paid Non-Prescription Lenses including tinted, blue-light, or non-prescription lenses purchased as add-ons): production can take 10–14 working days at our lab, plus an estimated 5 business days for shipping.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Shipping rates & zones
- Shipping fee is standardized as US$45 for most regions. Free standard shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase thresholds below for the majority of cities in each region. The checkout will display the exact shipping cost for your address.
Shipping Zones & Free Shipping Thresholds
- United States & Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of US$199 or more.
- Rest of World: Free standard shipping on orders US$249 or more.
- Hong Kong: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Certain remote or specially routed addresses (Area 2, islands, offshore territories, northern regions, etc.) are subject to special handling.
- A US$45 flat fee applies for:
- Canada
- Australia (Area 2)
- Ecuador
- Guadeloupe
- Morocco
- North Macedonia
- South Africa
- Other remote-location surcharges may also apply where carriers impose them; any such charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
- We ship with standard carriers (e.g., FedEx, USPS, SF Express) depending on destination and address. Transit times shown on product or checkout pages are estimates only and may vary by carrier, route, or customs processing.
- Typical delivery after pickup by carrier: approximately 5–7 business days for standard shipments. Delivery times may be longer for remote Area 2 addresses, international destinations, or during seasonal peaks.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or carrier-specific events.
Customs, duties and taxes
- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and vary by country.
- If a parcel is returned or abandoned by the destination carrier because customs or import fees were not paid, Solos will not issue refunds for the order or shipping charges.
