AirGo™ V2 Early Supporter Voucher

The Early Supporter Voucher (the “Voucher”) is a promotional product to provide purchasers with a USD 50 credit toward the purchase of the AirGo™ V2 (the “Product”). Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the Early Supporter Voucher. By purchasing the voucher you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Voucher value and redemption

• Each Voucher entitles the holder to a one-time USD 50 credit applied toward the purchase price of one AirGo™ V2.
• To use the Voucher, the purchaser must enter their unique Voucher code at checkout during the designated pre-sale period for AirGo V2.
• Any remaining balance on the order after the USD 50 credit is applied must be paid at checkout by the purchaser.

Use of Voucher

• Voucher codes are unique, single-use, and non-transferable.
• Voucher codes will be issued to the email address provided at purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate. Solos Technology Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, or unauthorized use of a Voucher code.
• The Voucher is sold for USD 10 and represents a refundable deposit. The Voucher is not a sale of the Product itself.

Validity period and pre-sale window

• The Voucher is valid only for redemption during the specified AirGo™ V2 pre-sale period. The exact pre-sale start date will be communicated to Voucher holders via email prior to the pre-sale.
• Estimated product launch and shipping window: Q2 2026 (planned shipping May to June 2026). This is an estimate and subject to change. Solos Technology Limited will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship within the stated window and will notify customers of any material changes.

Refunds and cancellations

• The USD 10 deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to redemption of the Voucher on an AirGo™ V2 purchase.
• Refund requests should be made by contacting cs@solosglasses.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in 30 days, depending on the purchaser’s payment provider.
• After a Voucher has been redeemed at checkout for an AirGo™ V2 purchase, the resulting order is subject to Solos Technology Limited’s standard return and refund policy for Product purchases. The Voucher deposit is not separately refundable once redeem.

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Solos Technology Limited with respect to the Voucher and supersede any prior communications.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Solos Technology Limited reserves the right of final decision.
• By purchasing the Early Supporter Voucher you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
