Solos smartglasses has equipped with IP67, the international IP rating for both dust and water resistance, it is protected against water splash and rain from all directions.
The solos® Smartglasses (excluding the lenses) weigh less than 30 grams, which is comparable to the weight of regular glasses. Please note that this weight specification does not include the packaging.es.
The solos® AirGo™3 does not include a lens projection or Heads-Up Display (HUD) feature.
No, it is not recommended to heat or bend the frame temples of the AirGo™3 smart eyewear. The frame temples contain electronic components that could get damaged, leading to product malfunction.
However, you can slightly adjust the end tips for a better fit on your head. Additionally, the AirGo™3 Argon and Helium collections come with adjustable nose pads and tips for added customization.
It is advised that you take your smartglasses to an authorized Solos’ partnered optical shops for adjustment.
If you are taking the glasses to an unauthorized repair center, do not allow your glasses to be heated up or bent, as this could damage the electronic functions.
As this product contains electronic components, we recommend you clean it with care.
.Gently detach the frame front from the temples.
.Use an alcohol-free lens wipe to clean the lenses. Make sure to thoroughly remove any smudges or dirt. Then, dry the lenses with a soft cloth.
.Use a soft and dry cloth to clean the frame front and temples. Wipe away any dust or fingerprints.
.For the hinges and temples, use a dry cotton bud to clean the contact points.
.Allow the smart glasses to air dry completely.
.Finally, reattach the temples to the frame front.
Please do not use chemicals, abrasive materials, ultrasonic cleaners, alcohol, acetone, and other solvents may damage the frame’s finish and electronics.
The smartglasses should not be rinsed under running water, sprayed by liquid, or submerged in an ultrasonic cleaner.

How to Use solos®
You can tap anywhere on the frames to activate the features.
A single tap on the frame enables you to play and pause the music.
Double tap on the frame to call voice assistant of your phone (iOS or Android)
The Virtual Button on the AirGo™3 is situated on the right temple, towards the front of the Touch Sensor.
Please connect your solos Smartglasses and open the Solos AirGo Mobile App.
Open the solos AirGo App > Click "My Glasses" which at the right bottom > Select "Tap Control"
Increase the tap sensitivity by sliding the indicator to the left.
Decrease the tap sensitivity by sliding the indicator to the right.
To increase volume level, slide on the Touch Sensor toward the ears on right temple.
To decrease volume level, slide on the Touch Sensor away from ears on right temple.
Answer the call
Slide on the Touch Sensor towards the ears, or press and hold Virtual Button on the
right temple to accept a phone call.
End the call
To end a phone call, press and hold Virtual Button on the right temple for
1 second.
Reject the Call
Slide on the Touch Sensor away from ears on right temple to decline a phone call.
Accept the Second Call
To accept the 2nd incoming phone call , press and hold Virtual Button on the
right temple for 1 second

Press and hold Virtual Button on the right temple for 20 seconds to power on
AirGo3 until its LED flashes in red/blue color and “Pairing” voice prompt is heard.
Turn on Bluetooth connectivity of your phone and put AirGo3 right next to your
Phone.
Open Bluetooth settings on your phone and select “Solos AirGo3 xxxx”.
(“xxxx” is the unique device number)
AirGo3’s LED will flash in blue color only after it is paired to your phone. It is ready
for call and music now.
Press and hold Virtual Button on the right temple for 8 seconds to power on smartglasses until its LED flashes in red/blue color, “Pairing” voice prompt and final double-beep sound is heard to clear all host device pairing list inside smartglasses.
The smartglasses keep track of the last eight devices to have paired and connected with them, dropping the least recently used when a new one is paired.
When in Bluetooth mode, the smartglasses searches for and connects to the most recently connected active Bluetooth-enabled device. If that device is unavailable, the smartglasses will attempt the next most recently connected device.
The battery performance of solos® Smartglasses varies depending on the content played and the volume at which it is played.
Under typical usage conditions, the battery can last up to 60 hours on standby. For streaming music playback, the battery provides approximately 10 hours of playback time. During phone calls, the battery lasts for approximately 7 hours. In terms of standby time, the smart glasses can remain powered for up to 2 days on a single charge. Please note that these measurements are based on speaker output levels set to 60%.
It's important to keep in mind that actual battery life may vary depending on individual usage patterns and settings.
1) Cannot power on the smartglasses even though the smartglasses is fully charged, or
2) The LED signals of the smartglasses does not respond correctly, or
3) The speakers or either one of the speakers cannot perform.
To solve above-mentioned issues, please detach the frame front from the temples gently and use a dry cotton bud to clean the contact points in the hinges and temples. Then attach back the temples to the frame front.
Try to use the smartglasses again. It would be back to normal.

solos AirGo™ App
Currently, we have 2 mode for SolosChat™: One is SolosChat™ and SolosMessage.
SolosChat™:
Press and hold the virtual button on the right temple or press and hold the SolosChat™ button on the app. After hearing the "Ding" sound, you can start asking questions to ChatGPT. Once you asked the question, release the virtual button and ChatGPT will read the response to you.
SolosMessage:
Press and hold the virtual button or press and hold the SolosChat™ button on the app to send email or message by speaking a simple instruction. SolosMessage will then generate and read the complete message to you. Click "send email" or "send message" to instant send the message or email.
SolosChat offers an expanded range of languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Putonghua, Japanese, and Korean. Portuguese Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Indonesian, Philippines, Dutch, Hindi, Arabic, Swedish, Polish, Thai, Vietnamese, Czech and Greek.
Currently, we have 4 types of translation model is: Listen, Listen/Text, Group, Group/ Present to facilitate different use cases in real life.
Listen Mode:
When you wear Solos® smartglasses and someone speaks a different language in front of you, Solos® translates their words and lets you hear the translation in your language. It's perfect for chatting one-on-one with someone who speaks another language.
Listen/Text Mode:
Speak in your language, and Solos® smartglasses will show the translation as text on your phone. It's great for situations where you need to show someone else what you're saying, like telling a taxi driver where you want to go. Just speak and show the text.
Group Mode:
In conversations with multiple people speaking different languages, Solos® translates for everyone in real time. Everyone can speak and listen in their own language, making it ideal for multilingual meetings or discussions.
Group/Present Mode:
For presentations, the speaker talks in their language, and Solos® translates it for the audience into their languages, both as sound and text. This way, everyone understands the presentation, no matter the language they speak.
We currently supports 25 languages include English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Putonghua, Japanese, and Korean. Portuguese Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Indonesian, Philippines, Dutch, Hindi, Arabic, Swedish, Polish, Thai, Vietnamese, Czech and Greek.
To participate in the SolosTranslate / Group mode through a web browser, you must ensure that the device grants the browser access to the microphone. Here are methods to enable microphone access on different web browsers:
Safari Browser
1. Open iOS Settings: Begin by locating and opening the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll to 'Safari': Within the Settings menu, scroll until you find "Safari" and tap on it to access specific settings for Safari.
3. Microphone Permissions: In Safari's settings, look for the "Microphone" option. Tap on it to adjust microphone permissions.
4. Enable 'Ask' or 'Allow': You will see options for how Safari handles microphone access. Choose "Ask" to get a prompt every time the SolosTranslate / Group mode tries to use the microphone, or "Allow" for uninterrupted access without prompts.
5. Join SolosTranslate / Group
Chrome Browser:
1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app
2. To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings.
3. Tap Site Settings.
4. Tap Microphone.
5. Tap to turn the microphone on.
(If you see the site you want to use under Blocked, tap the site Access your microphone Allow.)

Other Browsers
If you're using a web browser other than above, or prefer to set microphone permissions more broadly:
1. Access Settings: Open the "Settings" app on your device.
2. Navigate to 'Privacy': Scroll down to find and tap on the "Privacy" option.
3. Select 'Microphone': Within the Privacy settings, find and tap "Microphone" to see a list of apps requesting access to it.
4. Find and Enable Your Browser: Look for your browser in the list and toggle the switch next to its name to the on position (turning it green), granting it access to the microphone.
5. Join SolosTranslate / Group
These methods ensure you can enable microphone access for an optimal experience in SolosTranslate / Group mode on browser. Whether using Safari with specific settings or adjusting permissions for a different browser, these steps will help you prepare for participation. The translation data is securely stored both in our Solos® server and the OpenAI server. To ensure the safety of the data, all communication between the mobile app and the servers is encrypted using the TLS protocol. This helps to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the transmitted information.

Solos Smart Glasses are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 11 and higher, Android OS 8.0 and higher.
Solos smartglasses use Bluetooth connectivity, you can access any app that’s on your mobile device. Examples include:
Music services like Spotify®, Apple Music & YouTube Music.
Voice communication apps like Zello, Zoom, Line, WhatsApp and Skype.

Your smartglasses can announce the caller’s name if you try the following steps on your smartphone.
For Android users:
1.Click the “Settings”
2.Tap “Accessibility”
3.Select “Interaction and dexterity”
4.Tap “Answering and ending calls”
5.Simply turn on the option next to “Reader caller”
6.Tap the “Read caller names aloud” on, then select “With Bluetooth or headset only”
For iOS users:
1.Click the “Settings”
2.Tap “Phone”
3.Tap “Announce Calls”
4.Press “Always” to turn on the function
5.Select “Always”, “Headphones & Car” or “Headphones Only” according to your need. Do NOT select “Never”.
AirGo™ mobile app supports both Android and iOS. We will continue to maintain the mobile app updated to enhance new features and customer feedback. The mobile app auto-updating features shall depend on your smartphone setting, so please check your mobile phone setting.

It is possible that you can't find the AirGo™ app in the iOS App Store because the AirGo™ app does not support the country you are located in. Try changing your region on your iOS device before searching with the following steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Country/Region.
5. Select United States.
6. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
7. Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address.
After changing your region, go to the iOS App Store and search for the AirGo™ App to download.

.Choose "Whisper Events" on "MY GLASSES" screen to open Whisper Events settings
.Switch on "Whisper Events"
.Choose "Allow" if Solos AirGo app requests "Send Notifications" permission
.Choose "Allow" if Solos AirGo app requests Calendar Access permission.
.The "Whisper Events" button on "MY GLASSES" screen will be highlighted in RED after it is enabled.
.If the phone is NOT in silent mode, and when an event (nottask) in Google calendar app is about to start, the Solos Smartglasses will read the title of this event automatically.
.Choose "Whisper Messages" button on "MY GLASSES" screen open Whisper Events settings
.Select which IM apps (e.g. WhatsApp) you would like Solos Smartglasses to read the instant message for you.
.The selected IM apps must be installed with account setup properly on your phone, as well as the notification for IM apps are turned on.
.Choose "Pair" if Solos AirGo app requests "Bluetooth Pairing Request" permission
.Choose "Allow" if Solos AirGo app request "Allow Solos AirGo3 to Receive Your iPhone Notifications" permission
.The "Whisper Messages" button on "MY GLASSES" screen will be highlighted in RED after this is enabled
.Keep Solos AirGo app runs in background (DO NOT close the Solos AirGo app) in order to receive the Whisper™ Message
.When receive the IM message (e.g. WhatsApp) next time, Solos Smartglasses will read the message automatically.
If you are experiencing muffled or distorted sound, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1) Check if the "Solo Chat" feature is turned on in the app. This feature can sometimes cause the audio to sound muffled.
2) If the Solo Chat feature is enabled, turn it off in the app. Once you have turned off Solo Chat, fully exit or "kill" the app.
After completing these two steps, the distorted sound quality issues should improve and be less muffled be fixed. The muffled audio is typically caused by audio channels conflicting with the Solo Chat feature being active. Turning it off or restarting the app should resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, try restarting the Solos glasses by powering them off and on again while also restarting the Solos AirGo mobile application. This should clear up any potential resource conflicts between the host device (such as a mobile phone, desktop, tablet, etc.) and the Solos glasses.

Step 1 : Restart Try restarting your Solos smartglasses. If the issue persists, move on to step 2.
Step 2 : Re-pairing Clean the pairing history on your phone. Then, hold the reset button on your Solos smartglasses for over 8 seconds to perform a reset. Pair your smartglasses with your phone again. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
Step 3 : Reinstall Turn off your Solos smartglasses and remove both sides of the temples. Install them again, ensuring there are no gaps between the temples and the frame.
