Shipping Rate & Policies

Please note that shipping availability and estimated timeframes are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation. 

  • We do not ship to any Post Office Boxes and Hotel /Motel addresses.  

 

PROCESSING TIME: 

  • All custom orders are hand-built to your specifications. Please allow up to 7 – 10 working days to ship to your address 
  • If you purchased our product with customized lenses, it can take 10 – 12 working days at our lab to create your lenses as we ensure only the high quality and an estimate 5 business days for shipping. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number.

    Order amount over US$199, enjoy FREE standard shipping
    Order amounts under US$199, US$45 Fixed Rate

  2. Hong Kong SAR, China:
    Free Standard Shipping on all order amounts.

  3. Rest of World:
    Shipping Rate calculated at checkout.

TAX:  

Customs or import duties applied to the parcel upon reaching its destination are outside Solos’ control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a customer rejects their parcel due to unpaid customs and import duties by the deadline, the parcel will be abandoned by the carrier. NO REFUNDS will be issued for the entire order or shipping charges. To determine potential costs in advance, please contact your local customs office. 

 

RETURN AND REFUND: 

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies exclusively to products that have been directly purchased from our solos Online Store(https://solosglasses.com/).  

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:  

  1. The return procedure must be initiated within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. 
  2. Contact our Customer Services team at cs@solosglasses.com and provide your Order Number and the Serial Number of the product. 
  3. After approval, the customer will need to pay the FULL COST of the return label to ship it back to us. 

*Since all our lenses are custom-made to fit your specific frame and prescription requirements, the full cost of the lenses will be refunded to you as store credit *
