We hope our customers could try the product first, and see if it assists you in your daily life. If it does, congratulations! We would love to hear more about your use case and reasons. If it does not, no problem at all, return it and we would like to hear feedback on how can we improve and better suit your expectations.
Here is the deal:
1. All the direct purchase from us (solosglasses.com) would receive a 14 days free return counting from the day you received the smart glasses.
2. Please try and use the smart glasses, experience its functions, musics, and everything it offers
3. If possible, do connect with us and share your experience.
4. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact with our customer support on the return arrangement and we would love to hear you feedback.

Once your refund request is accepted, we will send you an RMA code plus the return address. Send us the return goods to the address accordingly with the RMA number on the shipment package, and notify us with the tracking information.
